Using values-based facilitation to disciple our next generation of leaders
Values are powerful. They are the behaviours that we act out, which are based on our belief of what is important. Using values alongside experiential learning is the most effective technique I have seen in over 30 years of education experience to modify behaviour and integrate new thought patterns for emerging and current leaders.
Kingdom Camping is for those Christian leaders who are trying to up-skill their facilitation practice; find effective ways to grow leaders through camping and possibly trying to navigate the challenging political and legal minefield that limits sharing the gospel in camp settings. Whether that is at church camps, school camps or in adventure therapy contexts.
