Gretchen Mitchell is a qualified psychologist who loves people and loves life! She loves that her job connects her with all different types of people needing hope and support at key transition points in their lives!
Gretchen offers online consultations or face-to-face from the beach or our venues in Nambour and Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Gretchen's passions include releasing powerful women into their destinies and understanding the brain (neuroscience) in order to facilitate it working optimally. She educates people through making learning fun, and communicating difficult concepts in simple yet profound ways by using easy to grasp language. As such, she is a dynamic and caring counsellor and presenter.
When presenting, Gretchen shares information in interesting ways through combining games, input and discussion to maximise engagement, and learning and integration for long term behavioural change.
Chris Mitchell loves meeting people. He likes to see behind the superficial and draw out the parts of life that are full of meaning with others.
He is a registered teacher, trainer and group facilitator. He loves to teach and talk leadership and issues of the heart in a practical and understandable way.
Also a part time Life Coach, Chris counsels and mentors clients to find their full potential by transitioning them through past and present blockages and building their strengths.
25 years of secondary teaching, sport coaching and outdoor education has honed his presentation and communication skills and grown a strong interest in experiential learning and adventure therapy, which he now applies in group sessions making them fun, engaging and reflective.

Chris also has a heart to connect with different Nationalities and assist other countries nurture and grow the social capacities of their leaders. Both students and professional adults have benefitted from Chris' input into the culture of their communities.
Eloise Bruckner is a qualified psychologist who has a particular interest in working with adults who feel anxious, frustrated, depressed or generally overwhelmed. Using a variety of techniques including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, her approach is to empower adults with practical tools and strategies to move forward.
With over 20 years experience, Eloise completed her Honours degree in Psychology at the University of Queensland, and has worked in the areas of behavioural intervention, coping with chronic health conditions, and individual counselling. She has also presented group training in stress management, self-esteem, Love Languages and behavioural intervention. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Association, and the Christianity and Psychology Interest Group.
Her personal interests include learning more about how gut health can effect mood, and spending time with her husband and three young boys.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and fur friends and love to garden and get outdoors in nature.
